when i do a custom install it gets stuck at 92% when extending the files what do i do?

  5. kkevinC says on: 29 November 2009 at 7:27 am

Custom Advance install? It completely wipes out everything and starts you clean with a fresh install of Windows 7 (That means all your programs gone). And you maybe need to install new drivers aswell.

but what if I click the second opion the “advance” thing?

  7. rmbrown09 says on: 29 November 2009 at 8:56 am

    true

  8. rmbrown09 says on: 29 November 2009 at 9:34 am

    means your activated permanently

  9. kkevinC says on: 29 November 2009 at 9:57 am

    If you click u
“upgrade” install it should keep everything but at the same time it could go wrong and you could loose things if the install somehow goes wrong. If anything I would suggest backing up your whole computer.

For the Alternate Activator, does it mean it’ll go away forever or will it just mean its unnoticeable for 30 days?

you can use an external hard drive, flash drive, online backup storage thing, save them to cd’s or you can email every single file to yourself

  14. yullsjenkins says on: 29 November 2009 at 12:42 pm

so its better, that is if you have more than 3.5 GB of RAN?

  15. rmbrown09 says on: 29 November 2009 at 1:23 pm
